his is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual. The successful applicant will assist the Headteacher delivering policy which will ensure high quality pastoral care and guidance for all students by identifying and removing barriers to learning and promoting health and wellbeing to secure positive outcomes.
You will work directly with the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour, and in partnership with the Pastoral Year Teams and the Safeguarding and Welfare Team, to promote and improve welfare, behaviour, and attendance.
You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students. The purpose of this post is to support the Assistant Headteacher in addressing the needs of all students but especially those students who need particular help with behaviour management. This may involve supporting students with the process of improving their behaviour through one-to-one or group interventions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good time management, an ability to multitask, and be able to work to tight deadlines. This role will necessitate accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You will also have recent experience of working with students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
